We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products (e.g. opened skincare items, perishable goods, gift cards) cannot be returned.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take 5-10 business days to appear.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, email us.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
