i love all your products but, refiing two of my markers was interesting. can’t tell how much is going in the marker. when i filled the two i had, i opened one and the ink on my marker sprayed all over ruining 2 pages in my newest book and on my light colored jeans. am i missing something on the filling process?

The pens are great, but I wish I had a super fine point one. I love the quality of the ink! Also, I can't figure out how to remove the cartridge to refill the pens.
I love the pens as they are so smooth. I just wish that you guys could sell the ink separately from the pens instead. I know the ink in the pens will run out faster before I need ink again.
